    Ligand-receptor docking is one of the many additional modules ModelMole does as part of the custom pipelines, along with things like pH constant, thermal stability and more. I know as I'm one of the directors, happy to talk more if you're interested.

      Interesting. Couple questions: Why only mention peptides? Does it work on membrane proteins? How do performance and cost compare to Glide? Or Vina? (Performance anyways) My email is firstname.last names superluminalrx.com
