So like Theranos? But with all the latest marketing buzzwords.
- nijuashi 2y agoThe company is an established leader in molecular design software suite. Everyone uses their docking software.

- colingauvin 2y agoNot remotely, Schrödinger is well established and basically leads the commoditized computational chemistry market. In fact, there are very many companies that would love to find a cheaper alternative to Schrödinger tools, but no alternatives are performant enough.

- colingauvin 2y agoInteresting, but doesn't really overlap with Glide docking at all.
- esqudo 2y agoLigand-receptor docking is one of the many additional modules ModelMole does as part of the custom pipelines, along with things like pH constant, thermal stability and more. I know as I'm one of the directors, happy to talk more if you're interested.
- colingauvin 2y agoInteresting. Couple questions: Why only mention peptides? Does it work on membrane proteins? How do performance and cost compare to Glide? Or Vina? (Performance anyways) My email is firstname.last names superluminalrx.com
