    You’ve got the wrong person, buddy! OP is referring to Gary Webb (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gary_Webb https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gary_Webb), who died from two gunshot wounds to the head, with the death ruled a suicide.

      Although in that case, it wasn’t the back of the head, and one of the shots appeared to be non-fatal. So a terrible way to go, but not implausible.

      Well, 'fun fact', it is entirely possible to miss yourself with the first bullet, only taking the face/jaw, and having to shoot a second time to cut out the pain. Another 'fun fact', in rural areas in my country, where most firearms are long rifles used to hunt big game, 'suicide' are ruled when someone else (young kids in all cases I've heard off) pull the trigger for the person who wanted to off himself. [Edit] And yes having a dozen cousins and aunts in healthcare, and another half a dozen being social workers means I have a lot of 'fun fact' to share.
