- Danieru 14y agoIn regards to the stock: > "provided that, in each case, you are employed by the Company on the applicable vesting date or as otherwise provided herein" So unless she beats the current CEO lifetime running average she will only see 9mm of that 45mm. Minus the fact that half the stock are options.
