It's not even about that.
People need to realize that inflicting suffering on those "under" someone is one of the main motivators of human behavior.
It's innate and it exists because the abuser get tremendous benefits, including health-wise.
- nostradumbasp 2y agoI see what you mean, but I disagree that this is an innate trait in human beings. I believe it is sometimes socialized, poor understanding of zero-sum games, etc. Often-times its just garden variety psychopathy, narcissism, and other dark personality traits. For those people its definitely innate. Unfortunately psychopaths pathologically do everything they can to position themselves into seats like management/leadership. It's kind of a tricky situation for other-wise mentally well people.
