I have truly quit drinking after being a (functional) alcoholic for 25+ years, on Wegovy, in only a few months. I don't give a flying fuck about drinks for a year+, and can drink moderately just losing interest in continuing after 2-3 glasses. Haven't even been tipsy let alone drunk once for the entirety of 2024. Haven't planned it - just wanted to lose a few kilos - which i did as well. Side effects amounted to 2-3 episodes of headaches (first time, really bad ones though) that lasted for 3-5 days each.
