I'm not a native English speaker, but I've noticed this writing style a few times here. Is there a name or adjective for the writing style that the parent comment is using?

- Spooky23 2y agoI read a conversational stream of consciousness that’s well thought out and moderated to be cautious/nuanced around controversial topics. Feels like a self-taught person, perhaps a non-native speaker themselves.
