I don’t think I like this very much. I think it indicates something undesireable about your organisation when people cannot disagree with one another.
- therealdrag0 2y agoIt’s definitely sad. Unfortunately a lot of people bring their own baggage. Regardless of disagreement it’s important to minimize unintended influence. Getting people to write their feedback down ahead of time should be the bare minimum.
