- sedan_baklazhan 2y agoThere was no result as the rockets were shot down. And Ukraine lost another village today. But yes, what a victory.

- consumer451 2y agoThe rockets are always shot down!
- sedan_baklazhan 2y agoNot always. But this time they are. There's no evidence of any fire on the NASA's satellite imagery in the area. Nor there is any kind of evidence from the locals.
- consumer451 2y agoYou do appear to be correct about the NASA FIRMS imagery. I did see some supposed local explosions from Telegram, but who knows about the authenticity there.
- sedan_baklazhan 2y agoYou didn't forget to downvote me though :-)
- consumer451 2y agoWhy would I say that you appear to be correct, and then downvote you? Wouldn't I just do one, or the other? I am no agent of chaos, unlike, well you know...
- littlestymaar 2y agoThere's no attacks, Ukraine is too weak for that, it's always cigarettes accidents.
- rasz 2y agoThis is how russian "no results, everything shot down" looked like https://www.reddit.com/r/UkraineWarVideoReport/comments/1guvhmb/ukraine_reportedly_carries_out_first_longrange/ https://www.reddit.com/r/UkraineWarVideoReport/comments/1guv... Cruiser Moskva also wasnt hit, it just had an accident in bad weather.
- lavren1974 2y agoGood news??? When your city is in ruins??? And your friends and family are gone??? And there is emptiness all around... What good do you see in this??? You are a stupid person!
- pjmlp 2y agoI guess this might be the day to be remebered as the official event that triggered WWW III.
- consumer451 2y agoMoscow has a 1000 day history of declaring red lines in Ukraine, none of which were triggered. However, why would they invite mutually assured destruction now, when the incoming US administration is likely to give them most of what they want? Additionally, if WWIII started due to reactions to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, wouldn't historians look back and see the Russian invasion as the trigger?
- pjmlp 2y agoAs proven by previous ones, it took time until escalation took off, they didn't start on day one. Lets see how it escalates from this now, see you in the barracks, or not.
- consumer451 2y ago> Lets see how it escalates from this now, see you in the barracks, or not. I currently live a few hundred km from the war. This has been our reality for a long time.
- TacticalCoder 2y ago> However, why would they invite mutually assured destruction now, when the incoming US administration is likely to give them most of what they want? That's the thing: there are people who are desperate to start a full-on war before Jan 20. So they're doing everything they can to tease Putin into breaking before Jan 20. If I had to go all-in with my money, my bet would be that's it's the exact same group of people who conspired to do the assassination attempt on July 13. In addition to that the amount of money that has been laundered and the kickbacks happening with the Ukraine war funding has to be beyond imagination too. Zero accountability. So yup I don't buy the whole "Ukraine (despite having ancestors from Kiev and ukrainian roots: my mother has an Urkainian name) all good / Russia all bad".

- drtgh 2y agoNo one will launch nukes without previously being attacked with nukes, because that is a kind of no return "fuck you all" button that would throw humanity back to the middle age. Why? after the isotopes comes the destabilization of the country, hunger and pain. The systems are designed to give no country or power an advantage in such weakness scenario, continental nukes would fly to and from all world powers, Moscow would blow itself up, it would be self-destruction. PS: This doesn't mean I agree with the comment you are replying to, the events are quite strange and should be taken with suspicions.
- amai 2y agoIf Russia doesn't want the Ukraine to fire long range missiles into Russia, maybe they should stop firing long range missiles into Ukraine?
