It looks the security system in Rotterdam is as poor as other ones I've seen. I was once in Mauritzhuis where the girl with the pearl earing is displayed and bumped a display (Accidentally) and an alarm went off. But it took almost a minute for security guards to reach the site. Clearly they do not have anything that links the alarms to video capture events to help them sort these out. That's tragic. It's such a simple thing to arrange.
