I am not sure how you intended for HN to engage with this, but the site and your quoted comment (now removed) is pretty disturbing.
The doxx site itself is a sponsored by the heritage foundation and it encourages harassment and intimidation of these people.
If you wanted to have a meta discussion around why the heritage foundation does this, then you would need to provide some text. If you wanted to advertise the site here on hn, then Truth Social or 4chan might be a more welcoming forum.

Another subversive radical woman:
> "We envision a nation where immigrants are embraced, communities are enriched, and justice prevails for all. We strive to create a society that values immigrants as vital contributors to our nation and where everyone is afforded an equal opportunity to thrive socially, economically, and culturally."
- consumer451 2y agoMy point in posting this is that it is extremely disturbing, and we cannot ignore it. Immigrants aside, this is a list of "subversive Americans" who have the wrong political views. They are all listed in the nav bar as "Targets." As a first-gen US immigrant who flew into JFK when I was 5 years old, I find this site personally, deeply disturbing. There are many immigrants, and children of immigrants on HN. We should all find this nearly unbelievable, yet, there it is. TFA does not so much argue against illegal immigration, as it does against immigration in general. Please everyone, read that site. Look at it deeply. My personal story is that I came from Eastern Europe in 1980, two weeks before martial law was declared in my native country, and a US agency employee made a call that was correct, because she had the power to do so. If the American US embassy women, who made "an agency decision" did not allow my mother to join me on the plane, then my siblings would not exist. Only I had the US Visa at the time, I was supposed go alone. The embassy employee looked at us, saw that my mom knew how to use computer-aided drafting, in 19 effing 80, and was like, hell yes. Let this women in. My mom went on be the lead drafter on many major highway and bridge projects in the PNW. If that US embassy women had been a "target" listed in TFA, she would likely have not made that same call. Regarding the comment which I removed, I did so because my quote comment here read as "political." Instead, I beg everyone reading this, please randomly choose three women of the ten "targets" on that site, and read their entire entry. Look at the "accusations," note that their personal finances are listed. My mind nearly melted. How did we get to this point?
- sitkack 2y agoThat context is useful. I have seen similar sites posted in seriousness here. I went on a 9 month trip with my partner to see the world before settled down to have kids. On the return flight I was interviewed by a nice woman in her 20s that worked for the FBI, stationed in Heathrow. Her statement-question to me was, "Why were you away from the states for so long? America has everything you need." I was floored.
