Who else is not looking forward to cleaning up AI-written merely-accidentally-working garbage code for the next umpteen years?

- datavirtue 2y agoBeen making bank doing this for decades. I really don't care who or what wrote the code. It's beautiful.
- jarsin 2y agoMy plan is to blame all my bad code on AI even though I don't use it.
- riskable 2y agoIn reality you say, "AI" but in your head you really mean, "Analog Intelligence" that way you're never lying :thumbsup:
- marcosdumay 2y agoThere's a lot of argument about it, but it seems to me that the idea that our brain is digital is the one winning.

- pmarreck 2y agoNope. AI will not push the envelope in any way. People will still have to do that, because people are the only entities that care about these things, and "care" is not only fundamentally motivating but fundamentally measuring.
