- olivergregory 2y agoSaying it won't make it real. It's a myth, it's been debunked several times. The myth persists.
- nec4b 2y agoNo it's not a myth. It happened in France when socialist president Holland imposed a "tax on the rich" and it was quickly backtracked after most of the rich packed their bags.
