Given that finding a job takes time in the current market, January 2025 essentially mean that people who don't like the policy should start looking right now.
- Macha 2y agoEspecially as Q4 is a slow time for hiring from seasonal factors alone. Companies doing layoffs in Q4/Q1 to boost numbers for whatever the end of their financial year is, holidays and stuff slowing down hiring pipelines.
