Canadian military admits new sleeping bags are not suited to Canadian winters

- jmclnx 2y agoEven in the military seems extensive testing is a thing of the past. Where I worked in IT, there was a time testing would be done by a knowledgeable group of people and no major issues would sneak through. Agile was imposed on us I think around 10 or so years ago, the test team was let go. I would say about 10 to 15% of the time, a major system issue occurs after a small Agile Type Change goes to production. Well Canada, wellcome to the MBA World Order. The good news is, these bags can be stored for 50 years and they will be usable in the far north.
