My wife did geriatric care when she was a student doctor. When I told her about this article she said and I quote: "I've met loads of old people on metformin, its not done anything for them"

- KaiserPro 2y agoWhile yes, I agree, what I'm trying to point out is there is a large population of people who regularly take metformin for a number of reasons in the UK. If there was a strong correlation in cognitive improvement we should be able to detect it now.
