But you never know, these quote had me wondering: >local police for air conditioners illegally installed by residents >rules were loosened to allow use of the appliances, so long as the homeowner asked permission To me, if I could have that type of AC, the quote would mention ACs hanging out of windows. But seems you need some kind of permission.
