We call them potemkin villages, but it makes me wonder when the charades started. Surely it was long before potemkin
- seanmcdirmid 2y agoI think it’s more about security? Having a tent city on a vehicle path is a big no no no matter who the VIP is. The secret service doesn’t put on the kiddy gloves for this kind of thing, well, they at least shouldn’t.
- readthenotes1 2y agoSure it is. Biden goes to city to see troubles with illegal immigration he's heard rumors of, so they remove all the illegal immigrants. I'm sure potemkin might have used the same excuse
