- dantyti 2y agowhen someone litters on my lawn the administrative fine goes into the local/state budget, not my pocket.
- equivocates 2y agowhen someone steals your tv, the restitution is paid to the victims.
- marcosdumay 2y agoRestitution is payed to the victims; fines are payed to law-enforcing organizations.
- selectodude 2y agoWhen Illinois won a judgement, I received a check in the mail.
- olyjohn 2y agoYou split the money up among the users, everybody gets a $1.50 check in the mail that costs $0.50 to mail out. Most of the checks will get tossed in the trash. Might as well just burn the money.
