You just don't understand. Hunger is painful. I used to feel physical pain when not eating "enough". I managed to reset my hormonal balance by fasting for a week: the second day was the most pain i ever felt, and i broke my leg and my ankle on within 10 minutes of each other, 2 hours away from the nearest hospital, without painkiller. Still, the feeling of hunger during my first fast was worse. I think it's because i broke my leg and had to endure that pain that i was then able to endure the hunger, but i was miserable, and was only able to do it because i had time (57 days per year of vacation) to prepare my fast and do it (also, a big half of my extended familly work in the medical sectors, nurse, PT and doctors especially, and their advices helped me prepare for it).
I'm now fasting for 5 days every year and it's easy, i feel the hunger but not the stomach cramps or any physical pain. And eat usual amount of food and i am not obese (i'm under 25 BMI for the first time in 12 years), but if i knew about ozempic i'm pretty sure i would have used it instead of powering through it.
