This is just saying because the cloud system hides the implications of the theorem from you, it's not relevant.
I suppose it's kinda true in the sense that how to operate a power plant is not relevant when I turn on my lights.
- hinkley 2y agoWe pay a lot of money to Amazon to not think about the 8 Fallacies as well. You still get consequences for ignoring them, but they show up as burn rate.
- deathanatos 2y agoAnd if you actually use cloud systems long enough, you'll see violations of the "C" in CAP in the form of results that don't make any sense. So even in practice… it's good to understand, because it can and does matter.
