- jmclnx 2y agoWell get use to this in the US :( With the Chevron Ruling by the US Supreme Court, the FDA lost all enforcement powers. Now it is up to the Courts, which mean these cases will never see the light of day for years. Food producers can now load supply crap to people in the US without consequences.
