Or you modify the constitution to prevent people that old to run for public office.
I've learned recently the reason why the 'French Central Agency for Scientific Research' overtook the French 'Sciences academy' and was much more prestigious now despite being two century younger: they added a limit on the age of their president and counselors.
- hattmall 2y agoThat's a terrible idea, older people have experience and wisdom that's pretty much exclusive to age. Obviously Reggie here is an excellent example. The problem is money in politics that requires anyone getting elected on a national stage to be a bit of a stooge for their donors.
