TorrentGalaxy Goes Offline with Mysterious Message to Users
- deleted 2y ago[deleted]
- abracadaniel 2y agoLots of popular torrent sites going down in the last couple of years, all without explanation.
- tamimio 2y agoMay be drafted in the Ukraine war?
- swarnie 2y agoRARGB was taken down by Covid and the war at least https://i.redd.it/xlbbsv23v63b1.png https://i.redd.it/xlbbsv23v63b1.png
- DoItToMe81 2y agoRARBG was taken down by its owner's incompetence. He was paying several hundred dollars a month for bandwidth that costs tens elsewhere.
- abracadaniel 2y agoThis happens to a lot of sites sadly. You see old forums shut down all the time citing costs when the community could’ve saved it if they’d been given any kind of notice.
- taskforcegemini 2y agoI suspect that kind of traffic is not allowed by most hosters
- hyperhello 2y ago"TGX is offline. Updates will be posted in case of any changes"
- unraveller 2y agoAny news of a backup sqlite db available over IPFS for that decentralized searchable goodness? just like RARBG[1] & TorrentParadise[2] have? It's not ideal, in fact very slow and stale but better than nothing for rare stuffs. - nbdy 2y agoI've found https://torrent.garden https://torrent.garden, which seems to constantly index, but some stuff is kinda broken. Also it's completely unfiltered.
