Tale as old as time: lack of safety culture due to reality denying executives causes people to die.

- marcosdumay 2y agoIt is too. But it's a very different tale from the one where the executive just orders other people to take the bullet.
- antisthenes 2y agoLikely happened all the time during the feudal ages, when incompetent military commanders ordered their feudal subjects to engage in combat with disadvantage. This event is just thinly veiled with a little bit more civility and tech progress.
- ImHereToVote 2y agoIt's a good thing that the development of general goal to action mappers is in the hands of more prudent and wise executives.
