ChatGPT Is at Capacity Right Now
- seper8 2y agoAt capacity... For you.
- ldjkfkdsjnv 2y agoGPT5 is taking all the capacity
- block_dagger 2y agoI was wondering why this didn't show up sooner on HN, it's been down for me all morning. I guess not all users are being affected.
- Kiro 2y agoThere are multiple threads about. E.g. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=40572026 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=40572026
- GaggiX 2y agoWell this heymusic sounds quite worse compared to Suno or Udio.
- martinky24 2y agoI'm finding myself using Claude more and more, mostly because it's been more stable the past couple of weeks (for me, in comparison to ChatGPT), and gives similar quality results for my type of queries. I'd highly recommend this to others.
- rubymamis 2y agoIt's also definitely better sometimes.
- 404mm 2y agoSo in other words, 60% of the time it works better every time? /s
- r2_pilot 2y agoShhh... Let's keep this to ourselves. I'm not eager to see Claude end up with the same fate
- ffhhj 2y agoI don't know why but Poe's Assistant is better at coding than the newer models like Gemini. What model is it based on?
- iknowstuff 2y agoIdk man I paid for the Claude’s best model and I’m unimpresssed. GPT4 and 4o (which seems dumber especially with translation, but more fun with images and everyday conversation) are much better experiences. Their app is so good too.
- 404mm 2y agoI found Claude responses slightly better than GPT4 but I kept getting annoyed by two issues: 1. You cannot edit your message. This seemingly silly feature is a very powerful tool on GPT. You can rephrase or adjust your question based on previous response and let it regenerate. 2. “I apologize but I don’t feel comfortable to discuss X or Y. The threshold is unreasonably high imo. These two together ended up being a deal breaker for me.

- upmostly 2y agoHideous music auto played. Viewer beware.
- paulproteus 2y agoThis is the most fun I've had listening to AI generated music. Thank you!
- tonyabracadabra 2y agoThe pleasure is all mine!
- cdme 2y agoGood. AI generated music is all absolutely awful.
- dailykoder 2y agoWow, AI will change our lives. I love AI. AI so good. The future is here. AI content getting more mind blowing by the day.

- duringmath 2y agoNobody gives a crap about chatgpt it's not trending on twitter or nothin hopefully this fad will die out soon
- dailykoder 2y agoWhat's twitter?
- duringmath 2y agoThe collective name for what's trending right now
- bentruyman 2y agoIs this what passes for discussion on HackerNews these days?
- duringmath 2y agoEvidently
- GaggiX 2y ago>hopefully this fad will die out soon Are you talking about ChatGPT? That seems pretty delusional.
- duringmath 2y agoWhose life is being bettered by that thing existing other than those with direct investing interest and Nvidia stockholders of course
- GaggiX 2y agoI use it all the time, simple example if you can't remember a word you can describe it to ChatGPT and it will respond with it.
- 2y ago
- willsmith72 2y agoi dont get the appeal of ai music at all. for commercial purposes like an ad, sure. ai to assist in the production? sure. but even apart from the crappy quality, i enjoy it less knowing it was robot-generated
- tonyabracadabra 2y agoyea indeed, but think ai music as a collective mind of human music creation, does that make you feel better?
