If either OpenAI wins, or there is never any lawsuit to begin with, then we can know that you were wrong on all of this.
- freejazz 2y agoWhether or not there is no lawsuit has absolutely no bearing on the fact that right of publicity laws exist and ScarJo has a claim against OpenAI.
