What's nice is that the US Chamber of Commerce is making it very clear that they are anti-employee. No need to try to figure that out -- they're screaming it loud and clear for everyone to see.
- mikece 2y agoUSCoC works for businesses, not employees or customers, and non-compete contracts are meant for the protection of employers only. That anyone might have thought that USCoC might have been pro-employee should have been understood before.
