New York City Administrative Code: "Any person who violates this chapter... shall be liable for a civil penalty.. in an amount of twenty-five dollars for the first violation, fifty dollars for the second violation and one hundred dollars for the third and each subsequent violation... - gruez 2y agoThat spells out the penalty if you don't follow the law, but where does it say you must recycle?
- atherton33 2y agoTitle 16, chapter 1, section 8 outlines materials that are required to be recycled and that they must be separated.
