Yeah nobody ever goofed off in the office. Never happened. Honestly if this person does all their work and does it well and just works really fast, that’s great. I’d keep them. Performance matters not hours. If they’re fucking around and underperforming they’ll eventually get laid off. Don’t see how their work location matters that much either way. Someone who sucks at home probably sucks in an office too.
