A cell phone that’s always placed in its charging stand except when in use is indistinguishable from landline. There’s no “forgets to charge it” or “loses the charger”.
- fortran77 3y agoI hope that you never have to take care of an aging parent with dementia.
- oefrha 3y agoI’m just saying if you treat the cell phone like a landline it can work just as well (or badly). Hell, physically attach it to the base with a cord or something. My rural grandmother happens to have a landline and it doesn’t work like 20% of the time because she didn’t hang it up properly.
