Wow, is the title of the submission inaccurate or what!
- redundantly 3y agoI believe in this context they mean these abilities are purposely being worked on and brought into existence, they didn't just pop up out of no where. A significant portion of the world was blindsided by the sudden emergence of "AI", but there were people that knew these things were coming.
