HTML without the bloat hear me out
What if HTML did not have closing tags and was indentation based ?
What is we could kind of bring back Jade/Pugjs from the dead in the form of a VS code extension ?
It could recognize html AST and show the minimal pugjs preview. but it is still HTML underneath. but just more manageable without the crazy templating language overhead.
- unsupp0rted 3y agoFrom the dead? I use Pug every day. All my Vue + Vuetify templates are Pug. Not having closing tags makes things much cleaner & more readable. I like putting commas between attributes too. I don't use any aspects of Pug other than this though- Vue handles all my conditionals and template injection.
