- User23 3y agoJapan also has virtually no immigration and a low birth rate, so the demand side of the equation keeps housing affordable, relatively speaking.
- gloryjulio 3y agoYou should look at the immigration number from the other regions to the Tokyo metropolitan region instead. Tokyo is still growing.
