If the company profits are up and your pay is flat (as is the case at many tech companies) then yes I think you can and should complain.

- okdood64 3y agoIsn’t that was RSUs seek to address? (Arguably inadequately.) With regard to being locked up in a 4 year vest schedule during grant.
