Multiple times I've been the first candidate in an interview loop (out of say 3 or 4 candidates) and gotten picked.
- eastbound 3y agoYes, it works as long as it’s a batch. Won’t work if the next candidate they see is 15 days later.

- mym1990 3y agoThis is likely only because the initial candidate was already thrown out of the pool, so the 15 day later candidate might as well become first in line at that point.
