- rst 3y agoImportant to note that a lot of this is a statement of goals not results. At the time this was written, they had initial, rough implementations of some of the intended toolkit (e.g., KBEMACS), but a lot of the other components are described in the future tense. And the intended implementation technology was explicit, handcrafted rules or semantic networks -- which did prove to be disappointingly brittle in practice.
