Speaking of enshittification of google there seems to be to be two opinion one blames google and other blames users :
1. Google intentionally enshittified it self .
2. There are too many seo spam or ai content and google is helpless .
- dotcoma 3y agoIMHO option #1.
- sylware 3y agoNowdays, very often, when I get to read google open source code, I want to puke. But this is a general trend, the whole open source software has been in an ensh*tification process for a good decade.
- arromatic 3y agoIs there any one who has better open source source compared to google ?
- sylware 3y agoThat question does not make sense, chatgpt again?
- rangestransform 3y agoMeta
- KomoD 3y agoDefinitely #1
- walt_grata 3y agoThe OKR process is good for product/tracking and absolutely dog shit for the end users. Big part of the reason there and dropped features and where your selection is changed to the new default against your wishes.
- arromatic 3y agoI don't understand your comment . Can you elaborate a little more ?
- dr_kiszonka 3y agoI think they are saying that OKRs lead to enshittification.
