- marcosdumay 3y agoAlthough I don't think any can get as low as 5 minutes, pulverized coal plants can start quite quickly. On the order of minutes.
- epistasis 3y agoOr maybe hydro or battery? Gas turbine peakers might be able to hit five minutes, but if they are it's probably because they are not starting from cold.
