- imtringued 3y agoIt's not the shape that is the problem, but the obsession with it's size. Most rockets don't need to be as big as possible, hence the comparison.
- panick21_ 3y agoBigger rockets are more efficient. That's literally just physics. There is a reasons to build bigger rockets. There is a reason that each organization with big space ambition builds a huge rocket.
- card_zero 3y agoNew Glenn, their new launch vehicle, doesn't look unusually much like a penis. New Shepard, the previous one, really does. It's only four times longer than it is wide and has a distinct glans on the end. This resemblance is noted on the talk page of its Wikipedia article, and I'm sure published sources could be found, but I guess it wouldn't be sufficiently encyclopedic in tone.
- renewiltord 3y agoIt's an efficient shape aerodynamically. Though reams have been written no doubt that the quill attracts writers so much because of its resemblance to a dick. The pen is the penis. And so on. I have a pet theory. I think you're a web developer or want to be one. Are you?

- mike_d 3y agoAmazon only pays him $81,000 a year so he has to make ends meet somehow. But seriously, he has sold over over $38 billion in stock [1]. The latest sale was part of a trading plan established last year.
