There have been stories that Apple pays near the top of any streamers. How much of that gets to an artist remains a question.

  Probably because they don't have to pay themselves a 30% tax.

    Spotify doesn't allow in-app sign ups, so they don't pay 30% either. Try again.

      Where does spotify fit in here? If apple had to comply with it's own rules, do you think they would be able to continue to pay out more than the competition?
