Why is LLC (Limited liability company) an anti-market?
- knowaveragejoe 3y agoNot anti-market, anti-free-market. At least that's what I think they're trying to say.
- orwin 3y agoAnti-free market. No liability means that lying to improve returns is incentivized for the owners, and perfect information is needed to have free market.
