The whole reason companies like Spotify are making a fuss about this is because Apple is making better products. If it wasn't the case Spotify would dominate the market all to itself. But Spotify has 30% market share, Apple Music 15%. And it's because for example Apple has lossless audio, Dolby Atmos etc. Not because of any unfair competition.
