A small section of a New Tier 1 city is not indicative of an entire T1 city.
- seanmcdirmid 3y agoIs HZ really considered a T1 city now? It is more like a rich T2 city.
- onlyrealcuzzo 3y agoAccording to Wikipedia it is a "New Tier 1" city. T1 is still just Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen/Guangzhou.
- seanmcdirmid 3y agoI guess by money it could be, so could other cities in jiangsu and zhejiang that are China’s richest provinces.
