Ukraine is already consuming a huge quantity of imported and indigenously manufactured drones.
Other countries also do not have millions of drones to send. Ukraine is already at the cutting edge of this type of warfare. Everyone else is scrambling to catch up. Search Replicator for the US DoD program.
