And yet DoorDash itself is losing hundreds of millions per year[1]!
It's quite remarkable how the gig economy has taken two-sided markets where both sides were reasonably happy and turned them into three-sided markets where nobody is happy.

- oefrha 3y agoI’m sure the executives and employees collecting fat paychecks and stock grants are happy enough. The company losing hundreds of millions per year doesn’t really affect them.
