Median age of first time homebuyers has increased from 29 to 35 since 1980
- anovikov 3y agoIsn't this simply because of greatly increased proportion of people who get university degrees and thus work in "slower" careers?
- chiefalchemist 3y agoPerhaps. But I suspect this tracks with marriage also being something later in life now.
