Sales is not "fair", like engineering is "fair". If a salesperson fails to make the sale, everyone else in the company suffers. If enough salespeople suck, then no one has jobs.
- Dylan16807 3y agoThe problem here is that they didn't demonstrate sucking. Nobody is asking for companies to keep employees that suck. And lots of departments can bring down a company if enough of the employees suck.
