Really, because my understanding, based on an earlier Hertz president interview, was that the maintenance cost was 1/2 what their typical fleet vehicle was.
- metalliqaz 3y agohe was probably just repeating what Musk had told him to make the sale, but of course Musk speaks only in varying degrees of B.S.
- stoddur 3y agoI own a 2017 Model S and the maintenance cost over these 6 years has been 1000 USD (change brake calipers at the end of year 6). For EV owners it’s definitely lower but damage collision repairs are probably more expensive.
