Agreed with what the others said. Kind of like a custard when ripe. But, what I didn't like was it was overwhelmingly like the worst parts of the flavor of banana, amplified. Maybe it was the ones that I tried and there are other varieties, but that overwhelming banana flavor was what I disliked. Stronger than your regular bananas.
